Life is Good!

Ok, as much as I love summer vacation and as much as I have complained about going back to work, I do love what I do. Working the last two days may have exhausted me (getting up early) and may have only been 1/2 days, but I still fell asleep at 7:30 last night. And doggone it, I missed my show last night lol.

Seeing the other teachers, I've lined up a few jobs already. I'm glad I went to another school yesterday. I tried to get my face seen by as many as I could!

A firstie came up to me yesterday and gave me a hug. I got several waves and smiles. Another silly firstie walked past, backed up and said, "Hey! I know you! Like from when I was in kinder!" Hahaha. Like that was so 3 months ago!

It feels good to be back in the classroom, walking around looking at student work. Back up in front of the class teaching.  Seeing little heads buried in books and reading.
