Food, Spring Word Wall, and a Little Bit of This and That

Warning: First part of blog post is not teaching related! Lol.

So yesterday I got a lot done. I made every meal yesterday. Breakfast was an omelette, lunch was onion rings and a corn dog (Morningstar Corn Dogs rock!), and dinner was a pizza. And yes, these were all healthy since I'm doing Weight Watchers.

This is called Lord of the Onion Rings by Hungry Girl. Easy and good!

This was made with lavash. Lavash is a type of flatbread.

So they were healthy and scrumptious!

And I picked up my Zumba 2 Wii game today and did a few low intensity dances. Oh. My. If those were low intensity, I'll be exhausted doing medium or high! But I had a lot of fun exercising.

 Ok, on teacher related things :)

I was happy to see I was one of the favorite stores featured yesterday on TN! See that's me top left! That seriously had me smiling all day.

I also worked on some new stuff for my TN store.  I just added a Spring Word Wall and I'm loving it!
