Ms. T Is My Assignment!

Oh the joys of no lesson plans. I grumble for a moment and then move on and deal with it. Thank goodness for specials and a helpful friend of mine!

What do I do? Just act like I have plans! Seriously, it works. Anyway, in writing, the kiddos are working on newspaper articles. They cut one out and then have to summarize and find the important parts.

Looking through the local newspaper was my name, that my friend wrote (in his editorial) and it said my name. The kids highlighted it and one cut  it out to use as her article.

They thought it was so cool their teacher was in the paper and could use 'me' as their assignment!

Then after school I helped code enforcement chase a dog, but we couldn't catch him. He was a friendly little thing. I hope he gets home safe!

Yep, another short blog post. I have some fun stuff coming up though!

  1. I hated subbing when they didn't leave plans!! It was always crazy...I subbed for 6 months b/c I graduated in November. Sounds like you are resourceful!

  2. It's frustrating when there's no plans, but so happy that you were able to figure something out to do - creative, lady!
